Damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase, so long as adequate care was provided for any living products (plants). This includes, but is not limited to, appropriate watering, light exposure, temperatures, humidity levels, etc. If a product is damaged or defective at the time of receipt send an email to [email protected] within 15 days from the date of purchase. After this time period, no exchanges or returns can be guaranteed.
Gift cards are non-refundable and final sale.
